Wotton Road Service

  • The Wotten Road Service: The Wotton Road service is a newly refurbished 6-bed house with ensuite bathing facilities. It has been specially developed to provide accommodation and support to young people leaving care, requiring a stable, secure, and supportive living environment.

  • Stable Home Environment: Nurture Care and Support understand the importance of a stable home and living environment; therefore, we ensure placement stability in all of our homes.
  • Intervention Support: We understand that there are occasions where issues arise that prevent or make it difficult for young people to continue in a placement, so we have designed a range of interventions to prevent placement breakdown and support young people in crisis.
  • Therapeutic Support and Education

  • Therapeutic Support: We understand that a large number of young people leaving care are likely to have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. Our service provides therapeutic counselling and support for those who may need it.
  • In-house Education and Training Programmes: Nurture Care and Support work with ASDAN to ensure the young people that live with us have access to accredited curriculum courses and regulated qualifications. We ensure that the home environment is geared towards positive learning experiences so that young people are encouraged to engage in courses and learning that motivate them to achieve meaningful learning outcomes.
  • Supported Living

Our Supported Living Homes, starting with the exemplary Wotton Road residence, provide a foundation for young adults transitioning from care. These homes are crafted to encourage stability and growth, offering a supportive launchpad into independent adulthood.
