With over two decades of leadership in the supported housing and care sector, Sharon Lewis is a driving force behind compassionate, person-centered services that empower vulnerable individuals to live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Throughout her career, from frontline support roles to senior strategic leadership, Sharon has consistently championed innovative approaches to care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, forensic mental health needs, complex behaviours, care leavers, young people experiencing homelessness, foyers, care homes and extra care services, teenage parents, and domestic violence services. Her passion for human rights and inclusion is matched only by her operational excellence, having overseen multimillion-pound services, led high-performing teams, and shaped national standards across a range of frameworks including CQC, Supporting People, and PAMMS.

A transformative leader and trusted regional safeguarding lead, Sharon has a gift for turning vision into outcomes, developing new services, improving quality, enhancing life experience for vulnerable people, and forging strong relationships with commissioners, families, and professionals.
